Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EdMyPic service, including the website at edmypic.com and any embedded versions of the editor. By using EdMyPic you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the service (including the free tier), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. User Responsibility for Generated Content

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, generate, or produce using EdMyPic. This includes:

  • Images you upload as input to the AI editor
  • AI-generated images produced using our tools
  • Any content you share, publish, or distribute derived from use of our service

By using EdMyPic, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights and permissions for any images you upload
  • Your use of the service does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • You will not use the service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without prior notice or refund.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use EdMyPic to:

  • Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexually explicit content involving minors — this is an absolute prohibition and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities
  • Create content intended to harass, threaten, or harm individuals
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the underlying AI models or platform infrastructure

4. Credits and Payments

Free plan users receive 5 credits per day. Unused daily credits reset the following day and are not carried forward.

Credit Packs (pay-as-you-go) are one-time purchases. Credits purchased in a pack never expire and are non-transferable between accounts.

Unlimited Plan is a recurring monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

All payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (currently Stripe, Inc.). We do not store your payment card information. The payment provider may change at any time without prior notice; any replacement provider will be subject to equivalent security standards.

Refunds are available only for unused credits where the service was demonstrably non-functional. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Third-Party Embeds

The EdMyPic editor may be embedded by third parties on external websites and applications. We are not responsible for the policies, practices, or actions of websites that embed our editor. Your use of an embedded editor is still governed by these Terms, but we exercise no control over the embedding site or its users.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We provide the service "as is" and make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or accuracy of AI-generated results. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any feature at any time
  • Change pricing or plan terms with or without notice
  • Limit or restrict access for accounts that violate these Terms

7. Intellectual Property

EdMyPic and its platform content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without written permission.

AI-generated images produced using EdMyPic are owned by you, subject to any restrictions imposed by the underlying AI model providers' terms and applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EdMyPic and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or claims arising from third-party infringement related to your generated content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
